Harbor Regional Center (HRC) serves individuals with developmental disabilities across the South Bay and harbor communities of Los Angeles County. AbleRoot provides Financial Management Services to SDP participants in the HRC service area, helping families manage their individual budgets, process payroll, and stay compliant with California DDS requirements.
AbleRoot is the technology-first FMS provider for Harbor-area families. We support all three FMS service codes authorized by the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS): Bill Payer (315), Co-Employer (316), and Sole Employer (317). Our team speaks English, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Arabic, and Farsi.
